Excursion Details

Check in begins at 2:30pm at the Historic Snoqualmie Depot. Begin sampling local wines and learn about the arrival of the Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern Railway Company in the Snoqualmie Valley in 1889.

Train departs the Snoqualmie Depot at 3pm. Passengers ride the historic rail line and take in views of Mt Si from this historic Bridge 35. Tasting stops include the Northwest Railway Museum's Train Shed Exhibit Building and Puget Sound Energy's Hydroelectric Museum. Enjoy live music from valley musicians, food from valley producers and businesses, and wine from our partner wineries - while taking in the Museum's unique large object collection and exhibits at both locations. The excursion continues to Snoqualmie Falls with scenic views of the lower Snoqualmie Valley.

Wine Train returns to the Snoqualmie Depot at 5:30pm. All wines are available for purchase at the Snoqualmie Depot Book Store after the event. Visitors are also encouraged to continue their excursion at any one of Historic Downtown's restaurants and business establishments, many of which offer Wine Train participant discounts!
