There is still some lumber leaning up against the left side of the front porch. The postcard says "Scenic Hotsprings" On the Great Northern R.R., Washington.
The back of the postcard says it was published by Puget Sound News Company, Seattle, Wash. and was made by Excelsior ANC NY of Germany. It is postcard number A 4736.
This hotel existed between 1904 and 1908 when it burned down.
