Color postcard advertising the new Traveller's Rest car on the North Coast Limited. The postcard shows passengers listining to an attendant as she points to a map on the wall of the Lewis and Clark expedition. The caption on the front says "Traveller's Rest' for which this de luxe car was named, was a favorite campsite of explorers Lewis and Clark." The caption on the back says "The Lewis and Clark Traveller's Rest Buffet–Lounge car, designed by Raymond Loewy, is just one of the etras on the Vista–Dome North Coast Limited. Stewardess–nurse service is another extra on this crack transcontinental streamliner. " It is in excellent unsent condition.
