Color linen postcard of showing the Empire Builder engine 503 built 1945. The caption on the front of the card says "Great Northern Railway's Streamlined Empire Builder/ Along the Border of Glacier Nation Park in Montana." There is also a number in the bottom right corner, 8B–H389. The back of the postcard has the Great Northern goat logo and the caption "Five de luxe Empire Builders are in daily service on a rapid schedule between Chicago and Seattle–Portland, by way of St. Paul, Minneapolis and Spokane. These streamliners provide, at no extra fare, luxury and comfort for the traveler through the varied territory between the Great Lakes and Puget Sound." It also says "Genuine Curteich–Chicago 'C.T. Art–Colortone' Post Card (Reg. U.S. Pat. Off.)"
