Description:
Engineman's Trunk. "Enginemen's Perfection Clothes Box," made by John Brazelton of Trenton MO. An engineer would store his tools and a spare change of clothes in here when on a run, and then would store the trunk in a roundhouse locker between runs. Galvanized sheet metal and is from the early 1900's.
The trunk owner's name is still on it on engraved plaque on right side. J.B. Morris.
