THE WALNUT GROVE COMMUNITY CHURCH
Faces its TEMPORARY HOUSING PROBLEM.

Organized as a COMMUNITY CHURCH EASTER 1944– it now has 80 members. Its Bible School has averaged 85 and has had as many as 145. Its youth program has enlisted 11 adult Leaders working with over 55 young people.

Now it has no guarantee that its present quarters will be available after April 22nd.

The Church owns a beautiful building site– Its members and friends have raised a fund of $2000.00 to begin building operations.

The Church Membership STANDS UNITED in its desire to worship ogd and serve the community with a program broad enough to appeal to every Christian.

There is not truble WITHIN– and "THE LATCH STRING STILL HANGS OUT" for any who will work and worship, play and pray with our young people. In fact many of our neighbors who have denominational preferences and church affliations, who could not worship with us Sundays, have had a glorious share in the fine work going on during the week.

We do not mean to be harsh. but we are perplexed. Some who have not worshipped regularly nor worked sacrificially for many uears {...} who have no church loyalties WOULD NOW DEMAND THAT THE {...} THE COMMUNITY CHURCH cease. Tthere must be some, if not {...} fine community who, though not deeply interested in {...} affairs, ARE GUIDED BY THE SPIRITS OF JUSTICE AND FA{...} WHILE THEY DO NOT FIND IT CONVENIENT TO HELP WILL {...} THE EFFORTS PUT FORTH BY OTHERS.
