Olympic Portland Cement Company 7

This switching locomotive (H.K. Porter, Incorporated, 1918), class B-S-I, was operated by the United States Navy at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, then Olympic Portland Cement Company and Permanente Cement Company at Bellingham. It has a 0-4-0T (“Four-coupled” Tank) wheel arrangement and switched industrial rail equipment and freight cars throughout its career, primarily in western Washington. Number 7 was retired in 1960 and donated to the City of Bellingham for display at Bloedel Donovan Park. In 2017, the City of Bellingham donated (technically, sold for $1.00) the locomotive to the Northwest Railway Museum.
