Looking for a unique space to hold your next party, corporate event, or wedding? Check out what the Northwest Railway Museum has to offer.
Birthday parties are offered at the Railway History Campus (RHC) and include a train ride, Train Shed Exhibit Hall admission, a private party space, engineer’s cap for the birthday child, and goodie bags for the kids. Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays and are 2.5 hours long. Trains depart from the RHC at 10:45AM and 12:45PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Museum can only host one birthday party per day, but there are two time slot options: 10:15AM – 1:00PM or 12:15PM – 3:00PM. Please include the preferred start time for your 2-hour reservation when reaching out.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a party date.
Your final payment is due on the day of the party, at or within 30 minutes of your start time.
Birthday parties are held rain or shine. There are no refunds.
We ask that you provide a minimum of 1 adult for every 3 children under 5 years old.
Please be prepared to provide supervision and refreshments to your party guests. The party space is in the Museum’s classroom, which has a kitchenette. Adults may use the space to store perishable refreshments.
The party space can accommodate about 35-40 people maximum.
The Museum will decorate the space and provide tables and benches, but guests are welcome to bring additional decor if desired. There will also be a Thomas the Tank Engine play table just for party guests.
The venue is ADA accessible. The main building entrance is on the back side of the Railway Education Center and has a ramp up to the doors. Train rides are accessible via a wheelchair lift.
A member of our staff will notify your party approximately 10 minutes before boarding for your train ride. Your train ride leaves from the Railway History Campus and goes to Snoqualmie Falls & back (approximately 45 minutes).
Check in for your party with the Train Shed’s admissions desk. A member of our staff will accept your payment and show you to the party space.
